Online Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. All reservations should be made via the online booking system of the Fenland Fisheries website.
  2. All bookings and reservations are subject to approval by the fishery managers.
  3. All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking online via the online booking system.

Should you wish to cancel a booking  you can contact the managers via email fenlandfisheries@btconnect.com or alternatively use the contact form on the website. Cancellations and changes will incur a £10 per swim administration charge. No refunds will be provided with less than 3 months notice. Angler substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of Fenland Fisheries management team.

The owners / managers of Fenland Fisheries reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime due to unforeseen circumstance. We hope to never have to do so but in the event we do we will inform you either by telephone or email and discuss possible refund requirements.

Premium Carp Orders Terms & Conditions

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing. Fenland Fisheries will confirm receipt of all orders in writing.
  • All orders must be accompanied by a signed copy of our terms and conditions.
  • 3 months prior to harvest we will require a 20% deposit.
  • Full balance of payments to be made on delivery.
  • No guarantees can be made to supply the whole order with the exact size of fish requested. Any shortfalls will be notified prior to delivery and a substitute will be offered.
  • All fish will be weighed on delivery.
  • When the fish are accepted by you they become your responsibility. No claims can be made against Fenland Fisheries LTD.
  • During harvesting and transporting some superficial damage may occur – this will heal quickly. We do not send fish with irreparable damage.
